Meet Gretchen
I began my career with Bell Properties as a Broker's Assistant and later advanced to Property Manager, gaining hands-on experience in property operations and owner and tenant relations. I now serve as Vice President of Operations while also managing Accounts Payable, supporting both the operational and financial functions of the company. I continue to work closely with property owners and the property management team as well.
My time with Bell Properties has been both fun and rewarding, and I take a great deal of pride in the work I do and the role I play in the company's continued success. During my time in Aggieland, I have worked with many wonderful agents, owners, and tenants that make my job that much more enjoyable!
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our children, and our six grandchildren - who do a great job of keeping life busy, loud, and a lot of fun!
